OpenSILEX web service configurations

The source code is available at https://github.com/OpenSILEX/phis-ws/releases. Use the following command line to download the latest release:

git clone --branch 3.2.4 https://github.com/OpenSILEX/phis-ws.git

MongoDB configuration
